Any product purchased from Microva can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days providing it is unopened and in the original packaging. Please email sales@microva.com with your contact information and return details to receive an RMA number. We will fully refund the price of the product, however, the original shipping cost on the invoice will not be refunded. Also, you are required to pay for the return shipping. For products manufactured by Microva, if the product is defective, our return policy is detailed in our warranty policy which is described below.

We ship all non-holiday weekdays (Monday-Friday). For most orders we use the USPS. Most of the time your order will be shipped the same day or the next day.

Microva Corporation ("Microva") warrants all products that are manufactured by Microva to be free from defects and to conform to the specifications for a period of 1 year from the date of sale. Microva does not warrant any products made by other manufacturers that may be sold by Microva. If the product is found to be defective and/or non-conforming, Microva's sole liability shall be to replace or repair the product. Microva shall not be liable for any defects that are caused by abuse, misuse, improper installation, alteration of the product, water or chemical damage, environmental damage, electrostatic damage, lightning, damage through "acts of God", or temperatures, voltages or currents that exceed the operating specifications. This warranty is void if the factory model number, serial number or factory markings are defaced or removed. In the normal course of business Microva provides advice regarding the installation and operation of Microva's products as well as "third party" products. Microva assumes no additional liabilities in regard to this advice beyond the explicit warranty expressed above.

Microva products are not authorized for use in "safety critical" applications or applications where failure of the product may cause harm to "life", whether human, plant or animal.

If this product fails or does not perform as warranted, Microva assumes no liability, other than expressed above. Microva is not liable for damages caused by the failure of the product. These damages may include, but are not limited to: lost profits, lost savings, lost data, damage to equipment, "down time", lost opportunity. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICROVA CORPORATION BE LIABLE FOR MORE THAN THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT TO THE PURCHASER OR TO ANY "THIRD PARTY". Microva disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. Microva product specifications, materials, documentation, price, design, configuration and/or operation are subject to change at any time, at the discretion of Microva, without notification.

How To Obtain Service Under This Warranty:

A return authorization number must be provided by Microva to obtain warranty service. Microva is not responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product to Microva for service. Microva will pay the return shipping cost only if the product was determined to require repair/replacement under this warranty.
